OzParaTech only sells equipment that is in stock on our shelf! We didn't want our customers paying hundreds of dollars and then waiting several weeks (or months) for their equipment to arrive. If it's on our shelf, you get it within days.
Special orders do sometimes require a deposit, eg the REM pod. There is such a high demand for those that we couldn't just 'hold them' for you. By placing a deposit, you are guaranteeing that you will get one when they come in.
We use Express Post parcel satchels. Generally you receive your parcel overnight or if interstate, 2 - 3 days. We post on the day that you order (unless there are unusual circumstances) and we only charge you the cost of the Express Post satchel.
In saying that, we've also had a rush on equipment, so we are now waiting on boxes of gear to arrive from America. If you are after something in particular, let us know! We will source it for you or point you in the direction where you can buy one.
