Shipping policy

We use Australia Post EXPRESS POST SATCHELS. You generally get your parcel within 2 working days.

You will be sent a tracking number once item is lodged. If you haven't received your item within a week (excluding items sent by standard mail. Allow up to two weeks for those), please contact us and we will track it down for you.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. If the item is faulty, we will refund your postage within the 30day period, within Australia. (receipt must be emailed to us within 7 days to receive refund).

We do not cover the postage for International returns. Please speak to the International Supplier re your postage costs.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Once the item has been lodged at a post office, and you can see your tracking number has been activated, we hand all responsibility of the item over to Australia Post. We cannot be responsible for lost parcels through Australia Post OR from you letterbox.
